Jr S helps me when I make Phulkas ( loosely described as Indian bread) , It is a great activity for her too, she loves to play with the dough, use a rolling pin, add flour and now she graduated by actually tossing her phulka on the pan. when I tasted it, it was the yummiest phulka ever!
